It has been announced that esports bookmaker Unikrn is going to acquire LEET. The latter deals with helping casinos manage their esports tournaments.
Kingsley Edwards, founder and CEO of LEET, acclaimed the deal which he believes will boost Unikrn’s growth during 2017.
Parallel to that acquisition, The Luxor on the Strip has revealed that it will establish its own permanent esports venue. In addition, Millennial has made it public that it acquired Stream Hatchet earlier this week.
Rahul Sood, CEO and co-founder of Unikrn, commented, “Building a presence in Las Vegas is incredibly important for Unikrn. We have been working for two years to build Unikrn, and LEET will help us accelerate our business as the world’s best bookmaker for esports.”
It is expected that the collaboration between the two entities will provide a modern strategy for casinos, offing them a varied portfolio of esports products, community reach and a capable team.
According to the press release, additional information will be disclosed after the deal has been finalized.
